A dynamic team to create and innovate

Our Research & Development department of 12 designers and product managers based in Saintes (south-west of France) and Shanghai (China) work each day on the creation of original and innovative pet products without neglecting any step, from the design of the product to the realization of the packaging and the quality control.

Manufacturing units:

ZOLUX manufactures its creations in its own factories or in those of its very close partners.

In France

  • Our factory in Saintes (F) cooks balanced recipes of biscuits and snacks for birds and small animals.
  • Our textile factory works with fabrics and foam to elaborate comfort products for dogs and cats.
  • Our exclusive partners produce ornamental sand and quartz for aquariums, hygiene products under the brand Khara by Zolux, snacks for dogs and cats under the brand Avanti by Zolux.
  • Zolux Production (F) is specialised in packaging.

In Tunisia

In Tunisia, our factory uses a local know-how in textile in order to produce comfort bedding as well as leather and nylon harness products for dogs and cats.

In Poland

In Poland, our production unit is specialised:

  • in working with glass in order to manufacture aquarium tanks and ready-to-use aquarium kits,
  • in working with wood to manufacture aquarium cabinets and wooden accessories such as bird breeding nests.

In Vietnam

In Vietnam, we make polyresin and ceramic aquarium ornaments, with a true know-how in the precision of the baking, in the moulding and in the application of painted decoration. Comfort bedding and ready-to-wear products are also manufactured in this large unit.

In China

In China, our Research Office selects reliable factories, coordinates our industrial productions and controls quality on site for various products: cat trees, grooming products for dogs, cats and small animals, toys...
